This phase of the project focused on finalizing the store migration and preparing the Shopify environment for a smooth public launch. The main goals were to preserve historical data, ensure correct international pricing behavior, and complete all domain and redirect configurations without impacting existing traffic or customer experience.
What was done
Transferred orders and customer history to Shopify to maintain data continuity and reporting accuracy.
Set up a multi-currency switcher to support international customers and localized pricing.
Implemented a currency selection popup to automatically suggest the appropriate currency based on user location.
Created and configured store redirects to preserve SEO value and prevent broken links after migration.
Completed the domain transfer, ensuring a seamless transition with no disruption to store accessibility.
The store was successfully prepared for launch with full historical data, localized pricing for international visitors, and a clean redirect strategy. The completed setup ensured continuity for existing customers, protected organic traffic, and delivered a frictionless transition to the new Shopify platform.
