The project for KORE involved migrating an existing e-commerce solution from a custom PHP-based platform to Shopify. The primary objectives were to modernize the storefront, streamline operations, and integrate the store with existing business systems to support logistics, automation, and CRM workflows.
What was done
Migrated the store from a custom PHP e-commerce platform to Shopify, ensuring data consistency and a smooth transition.
Set up and customized the Shopify theme to match design requirements and business needs.
Implemented third-party integrations with ShipStation, SnapLogic, and Salesforce to support shipping, system automation, and CRM synchronization.
Installed and configured Shopify apps to extend store functionality and support operational workflows.
The migration delivered a modern, scalable Shopify store fully integrated with the client’s existing business ecosystem. The new setup improved operational efficiency, reduced technical complexity, and provided a reliable foundation for future growth and system expansion.
